Because I'm All About The Nepotism
DD#5, Jordan, who is twelve years old and knows more about Paint than I will ever forget, has created a webcomic strip that (in my coldly impartial opinion) is pretty darn clever. The comic Bitmap World is a favorite of hers and provides her with lots of inspiration!
I'll be running her creations every Sunday, for your (and her) enjoyment! She's pretty excited to have her own gig on my extremely famous blog. ahem.

Tune in next Sunday for the second exciting installment!
*Bitmap world appears to be having some down time right now, but I'll try to post a link next Sunday (edited to add: downtime is over--thanks Michelle! Link is above...)

Love the name and the chieftan's headdress! I look forward to seeing more soon.

What a great comic! That scquorspider looks amazing. And I will give credit, because you can do wonderful things with Paint, but it's not as easy to use as some of the bigger commercial packages. She is very talented. So kudos and good job to Jordan!
Just a note, Bitmap World is up and running (we were upgrading some of the site). URL is: http://www.bitmapworld.com.

Oh, dear! Poor little shrubyubs. I'd turn a bit yellow myself if I was facing possible death at the jaws of scquorpsnider. Eek!

Wellll...you know, I always said that JORDAN was the most talented child you ever had! Except, of course, when one of the other ones does something even more exceptional! Which occurs frequently (really, at a dizzy-ing pace). BUT..HEY.. I'm not prejudiced. Not a bit. (P.S. Jordan, I love the name "scquorpsnider". I can't wait to see it in a dictionary someday.)

You know, you should think about getting Jordan a graphic tablet for Christmas. It would make drawing more fun and easy! ... Luuuuuurve this first strip! Can't wait for more! :O)
